The Grade II Elizabethan barn is central to the wedding venue and will be the hub where guests mingle and celebrate under the vaulted cathedral-like oak beams. The barn opens on to the lawn, with views across our award-winning vineyard, with a secluded courtyard offering additional entertainment space to the other side, where guests can enjoy the bar, outdoor kitchen, food trucks and relaxed seating areas. Weddings of all sizes work well in such a flexible space, with clever partitioning and furniture creating entertainment areas for smaller weddings. For larger weddings, the barn seats 180 guests, or can accommodate up to 350 for an evening reception. The Elizabethan barn is a popular choice for indoor wedding ceremonies, with outdoor ceremonies in our rustic open-fronted barn, our small courtyard barn, elegant garden pergola or hidden vineyard wedding venue. Church of England weddings can be held in the beautiful parish church of St Peter’s which stands proudly above Copdock Hall’s vineyard and can be accessed directly from our carpark and gardens.
