By Formal Invitation is a hand picked (invitation only) selection of wedding venues and suppliers which are listed on our website. We cannot take any responsibility for services provided by the wedding venues or suppliers. Please ensure that full due diligence is carried out by yourself for each venue and supplier before booking. We try and only have the best wedding venues and suppliers, but this is subjective and hard to quantify as there are lots of great vendors. To ensure exclusivity we limit the number of venues and suppliers from each category to 10 per county.

• By Formal Invitation has no responsibility or participation in the booking of weddings, wedding venues or wedding suppliers. All bookings are direct with the website user and the venue/supplier. The terms and conditions of the venue/supplier are then used for those bookings (which we advise the users to check).
• If any venue/supplier cancels or cannot fulfill your booking, then we take no responsibility for this.
• Any content used on the website is submitted by venues or suppliers. Content including but not limited to text, images, videos and files still belongs to the venue/supplier or a 3rd party that has allowed the venue/supplier to use the content. You grant us use of all content royalty free worldwide where we may store, adapt and publish this content in relation to your listing without your consent, for example to be used on By Formal Invitation social media channels and advertising material.
• We also reserve the right to remove any profiles, images or text that do not align with our brand ethos.
• We reserve the right to remove profiles, images or text without warning or reason without any compensation.
• We cannot be held responsible for any copyright infringements that are published on our website as all content is provided by 3rd parties.
• If any terms and conditions are not adhered to or it is suspected that they are not being adhered to, then we may delete or edit your profile.
• All profiles must ensure that all information is accurate at all times and not display and misleading or inaccurate information.
